Do you require a deposit to initiate service?

During the enrollment process a credit check will be performed to determine if a deposit is necessary. Deposits can be waived under special circumstances such as victims of domestic violence and individuals over 65 who are not delinquent in payment of their electric service account. You can also provide a letter of credit from your current electric service provider which states you have not been late more than once over the previous consecutive 12 months.
